From the wild beauty of Victoria’s coastline to the rhythmic crash of the waves, my journey begIns with a deep love for the ocean and design. I’m Esther Davis, founder of Love Ocean Chocolate, where every piece is crafted as an edible design— inspired by the sea.
My coastal New Zealand upbringing combined with an RMIT contemporary art (sculpture) degree merges with chocolate-making to create something truly unique- premium designer chocolates that capture the textures, forms, and spirit of the ocean.
Each design tells a story — from glimmering fish and coral forms to shimmering sea-inspired finishes — crafted to spark joy, wonder, and connection.
